Cancellation Policy
- Non-Cancellable Orders
Once an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations, as it has already entered the fulfillment process. - Exception for Late Fulfillment

Return Policy
At It Girl Cycling Club, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we aim to make this process as straightforward as possible. Please read our return policy below.
General Return Policy
- Non-Refundable Items: We do not accept returns or process refunds for items where the customer has made a mistake during purchase (e.g., wrong size, color, or item ordered). Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
- Case-by-Case Consideration: While our general policy does not allow for returns or refunds due to customer error, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@itgirlcyclingclub.com to discuss your situation. We will evaluate each case individually and may offer a resolution at our discretion.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or provide a store credit. Please include photographic evidence of the defect or damage when reaching out.
- Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Return Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate return, provide your order number and details about the item that you wish to return, and await return autorizations and instructions from our team
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect due to our error.
